Here you can find information on how to apply for a Talent Visa (O1) or a talent-based immigration status (EB1 Green Card) and decide whether to do it yourself or hire an immigration lawyer.

How do I know all this?

This is a very important question. We should always check the trustworthiness of our sources, especially when it comes to our legal status. I hope you, just like me, carefully checks where this kind of information is coming from. So, if you do,

why on Earth should you care for advice from a photographer?

Well, because I put together my own green card case, two O1 visas from scratch for my friends and in every case the approval was received promptly and with ho hiccups. For the past several years I am sharing all this knowledge with a bunch of of acquaintances and random strangers, many of whom already successful visa or green card holders.

So, let me officially introduce myself. I am Irina, an LA based full time photographer who suddenly spends hours each month helping people get their visas. But seriously, becoming an immigration consultant was never the plan. I like helping people but I don’t like spending hours every month on the phone explaining the same thing over and over again. That is why I wrote it down, step by step, with examples and soon plan to upload some videos since many people nowadays forgot how to read 🤣.
